Welcome to Candle Coded Luxe. By accessing or using our website (www.candlecodedluxe.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.
1. General Use
This website is owned and operated by Candle Coded Luxe LLC. By visiting or purchasing from our site, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, and we may modify or discontinue our site or products without notice.
2. Product Information & Availability
All candles are handcrafted in small batches using plant-based, vegan, and non-toxic ingredients. We strive for consistency but due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or service, discontinue products at any time, or update product pricing and descriptions without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. By placing an order, you authorize Candle Coded Luxe to charge the full purchase amount to your selected payment method.
We accept major credit cards and secure payment platforms. Orders are not finalized until payment is complete.
4. Processing & Shipping
Processing times range from 1–7 business days. Once processed, orders ship within 1–7 additional business days.
Delays due to high order volumes or carrier issues may occur. If there is an expected delay, we will notify you via email with an updated shipping estimate.
4.1. Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for customers within certain zones throughout Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. Deliveries are made Tuesday’s-Thursday’s between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
For an additional charge you may email us requesting same-day delivery, or for local delivery on a non-delivery day. You will receive an email confirmation if your request is accepted and you must pay the additional charge for the confirmed delivery to be completed. Failure to not pay the fee will result in non-delivery of goods.
If you cannot be present to receive your order within the set delivery days and timeframe and there is not an accessible entry to leave your order in a secure location, please choose carrier shipping during checkout to prevent any delivery issues for our drivers.
We are not responsible for:
Carrier-related delays
Weather-related issues
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
Lost or stolen packages
Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. We also do not issue refunds based on scent preference or buyer's remorse.
If your product arrives damaged, please email info@candlecodedluxe.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Approved damage claims will be replaced and shipped within 3–5 business days. All damage claims are subject to review.
6. Chargebacks
We take chargeback fraud seriously. Attempting to reverse a legitimate purchase may result in legal action and permanent banning from future purchases.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, photos, logos, graphics, product names, and scent formulations—is the property of Candle Coded Luxe and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any part of this website or its content without express written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for how your data is collected, stored, and used.
9. Changes to Terms
Candle Coded Luxe reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
