Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for customers within certain zones throughout Houston, Texas and surrounding areas.

Deliveries are made Tuesday’s-Thursday’s between 10:00am and 3:00pm.

For an additional charge you may email us requesting same-day delivery, or for local delivery on a non-delivery day. You will receive an email confirmation if your request is accepted and you must pay the additional charge for the confirmed delivery to be completed. Failure to not pay the fee will result in non-delivery of goods.

If you cannot be present to receive your order within the set delivery days and timeframe and there is not an accessible entry to leave your order in a secure location, please choose carrier shipping during checkout to prevent any delivery issues for our drivers.

Shipping Policy

At Candle Coded Luxe, we’re committed to getting your handcrafted candles to you as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will ship within the next 1–7 business days.

If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, you will receive an email with an updated estimated shipping date. We appreciate your patience as each candle is crafted with care and precision.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped, Candle Coded Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather-related events. While we do not issue refunds or accept returns for shipping delays, we will happily assist you in contacting the carrier to help you track your order and get a better understanding of its status in transit. After all, we want you to enjoy your beautifully made candles as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping and billing addresses at checkout. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or accommodate address corrections.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
