Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. For the safety and integrity of our candles, we cannot take back products after they have been delivered, as we cannot guarantee they have not been tampered with or resold. Please ensure you’ve made the right choice before completing your purchase.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Once your order is placed, it cannot be exchanged. We highly encourage you to read the detailed product descriptions, check reviews (when available), and reach out to our customer support team with any questions before purchasing. Exchanges are not possible due to the same reasons as returns, and we want to ensure you are confident in your purchase. Please note, chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase. If you have any doubts about a particular scent or product, our customer support team is available to assist you.
Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please email us at info@candlecodedluxe.com with a detailed review request and include clear pictures of the damaged items. Once we receive your request, we will review it within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, you will receive an email confirmation and your replacement order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
If denied, you will receive an email confirming the reason for the denial.
